  • Paying our private lenders 10% simple interest from purchase to refi
  • Get all of your principal and interest paid at refi
  • 6 – 12 months loan terms
  • Quick in and out
  • Loans and investments from $75k – $250k on residential
  • Loans and investments in $100k increments for apartments

Have multi-family or apartments outside Northeast Ohio?
We’ll take those too! (Minimum 25-unit properties)

  • $1.5M to $25M properties
  • A & B Class Properties
